Katherine O. Roule Neuman

Having grown up in Connecticut, Katherine O. Roule Neuman was born with an innate eye for style. She developed her natural passion for design at a young age when she would re-arrange the furniture in her parent’s house, creating her own interior designs. Kate went on to attend Suffolk University and the New England School of Art & Design in Boston.

After school, Kate moved to Miami Beach, Florida to assist owner and prominent designer Christopher Raessler of South Beach Design Group (currently RGR Design Associates). Kate’s talent shown through and she was quickly promoted to Fine Design where she designed luxury turn key homes, spec homes, and model units across the country. In 2011, Kate moved to New York City to work for Tui Lifestyle where she designed homes and built countless relationships with major developers throughout the New York City area. Although she still uses Tui Lifestyle pieces today, in 2014, Kate left her full time position there as Vice President of Design to start K.O.R. Design & Staging.

K.O.R. Design & Staging is a boutique firm that specializes in staging luxury properties in the New York City and Miami areas. Kate has a proven record of accomplishment helping realtors and brokers sell properties for top dollar at lightening speeds, often creating bidding wars among potential buyers.
